Con 25 años de trayectoria, cuenta con más de 270 sucursales en 27 estados y su equipo está conformado por más de 3,600 jugadores, operando bajo los banners: Innovasport, Innvictus, Culto, Overtime e Innergy.**Sobre el rol**:Serás el responsable de mantener y elevar una experiência al consumidor de una manera iterativa, analizando oportunidades y a través de un diseño de experiência desarrollar propuestas de mejora que lleven a cumplir los objetivos de lealtad y experiência omnicanal a través de los banners.**¿Qué debes hacer para llegar a la meta?**- Diseñar y ejecutar el Customer Journey Mapping e identificar oportunidades de mejora clave en la experiência del cliente.- Liderar iniciativas rentables y sostenibles que eleven la experiência omnicanal de nuestras marcas.- Traducir datos e insights en propuestas accionables a través de indicadores como encuestas, VOC, Medallia, Mystery Shopper y análisis social.- Priorizar y coordinar mejoras de experiência en tienda en conjunto con equipos como Operaciones y People & Culture.- Impulsar una cultura centrada en el cliente en colaboración con stakeholders clave.- Comunicar hallazgos y avances con impacto, asegurando la implementación de soluciones a corto y largo plazo.**¿Qué debes dominar?**- Experiência liderando estrategias de Customer Experience en entornos omnicanal o retail.- Conocimiento avanzado en investigación de experiência de usuario, análisis de datos e implementación de mejoras centradas en el cliente.- Habilidad para liderar proyectos transversales y comunicar con impacto a diversos stakeholders.- Herramientas como Medallia, encuestas, análisis de redes sociales y metodologías de diseño de experiência.- Mentalidad analítica, enfoque en mejora continua y visión centrada en el cliente.**¿Estás listo para unirte al equipo Innovasport?
