Our client has consistently emerged as a leader in sustainability and is recognized amongst the ‘2021 Global 100 Most sustainable corporations in the World by Corporate Knights.We are currently searching for a **Support Engineer**:**Responsibilities**:- Troubleshoot and solve complex Linux system issues with a focus on automation and scalability.- Develop and maintain configuration management strategies using tools like Salt, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.- Lead strategic decision-making in configuration management practices.- Write efficient code in Golang and/or Python to support system operations.- Assess new environments and challenges, providing detailed findings and solutions.- Manage large-scale projects and infrastructure environments effectively.- Collaborate across teams to address networking challenges and solutions.**Requirements**:- 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Linux Systems Development Engineer or equivalent roles such as Systems Administrator or DevOps Engineer.- Strong programming skills in Golang and/or Python.- Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Salt, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale environments and projects.- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.**Desired**:- Familiarity with running Java Enterprise software.- Experience managing Apple MDM solutions.- Knowledge of Out-of-Band Management protocols (e.g., IPMI, Redfish).- Familiarity with alternate platforms such as macOS, Android, and iOS.**Languages**- Advanced Oral English.- Native Spanish.**Note**:- On-site (Mexico City)**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Desarrollo de Software / Programación**Habilidades**:- Linux- Troubleshooting- Python- Golang- Configuration management
