Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Client Services Team works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants in country to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back office support and customer performance reporting.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.**Qualifications**Basic Qualifications- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD- Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving- Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels- Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently- Proficiency providing technical and consultative support to external customers and identify business needs- Strong knowledge about domestic and international transactions and disputes ecosystem- Demonstrate ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required- English proficiency is mandatory**Additional Information**Visa is an EEO Employer.
