DESCRIPCIóNEn Global Executive nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Business Development Representative BDR para LUCA uno de nuestros clientes mas importantes del sector edtech, con base en Tijuana, quien será el responsable de desarrollar relaciones comerciales sólidas con colegios del sector educativo, ejecutar estrategias de ventas presenciales y alcanzar objetivos de alto volumen anual en sus zonas asignadas.Esta posición será clave para fortalecer la presencia territorial de LUCA, incrementar la adopción de su portafolio de productos y contribuir directamente a la expansión nacional.Responsabilidades principales:- Ejecutar la estrategia comercial en su zona, desarrollando nuevos colegios mediante citas presenciales y seguimiento virtual.- Cumplir con objetivos anuales de venta- Dar cobertura a su estado base y zonas aledañas, realizando viajes de forma frecuente (10 días hábiles al mes aprox.).- Realizar seguimiento postventa, asegurar cumplimiento de acuerdos y coordinar acciones con el equipo comercial.- Participar activamente en reuniones de equipo, reportes semanales y seguimiento de KPIs establecidos.- Utilizar herramientas como Salesforce (preferente o similares) y Google Workspace para seguimiento comercial.- Prospectar nuevos colegios en la zona y gestionar todo el ciclo de venta (hunter).**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Comercio o afín (formación con base comercial).- Residencia en Tijuana- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en ventas B2B,- Acostumbrado(a) a trabajar, bajo presión y con autonomía- Disponibilidad alta para viajar por trabajo- Vehículo propio- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación, organización y ética profesional.- Experiência previa en prospección, desarrollo de zona y contacto con altos mandos- Conocimiento de CRM
