DESCRIPCIóNEn Global Executive estamos en búsqueda de un:**Sales Development Representative**Para Empresa tecnológica de origen chileno dedicada a potenciar la omnicanalidad en el comercio mediante soluciones de software que incluyen entrega express, ship-from-store, click & collect, y más. Esta organización está en plena expansión internacional, con operaciones en Chile y planes de crecimiento en México, Perú y España. Ofrece un entorno dinámico e innovador enfocado en facilitar la conexión entre tiendas y clientes a través de tecnologías de punta.Como SDR estarás a cargo de identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para el equipo de ventas, calificando prospectos y asegurando un flujo constante de leads de calidad para contribuir al crecimiento de la base de clientes y al desarrollo de la empresa en el mercado mexicano.**Funciones**:- Investigar y crear listas de prospectos en mercados objetivo.- Calificar leads entrantes y asignarlos al equipo de ventas correspondiente.- Mantener actualizados los registros de interacciones en el sistema CRM.- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para alinear estrategias de generación de leads.- Participar en reuniones de equipo para compartir mejores prácticas y definir estrategias.- Cumplir o superar los objetivos mensuales de generación de leads y citas programadas.**Requisitos**:**Requisitos y Experiência**:- Experiência previa en ventas o desarrollo de negocios (0 a 2 años.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo remoto.- Conocimientos en herramientas CRM (Hubspot, Apollo y software de ventas.- Habilidad para manejar objeciones y construir relaciones con clientes potenciales.- Formación académica en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campos relacionados.**Competencias clave**:Proactividad, autonomía, persuasión, carisma, capacidad de negociación, manejo de objeciones, construcción de relaciones y trabajo en equipo.- **Beneficios**:- Salario competitivo con comisiones basadas en el rendimiento.- Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y capacitación continua.- Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.
