We are looking for a competent **Level 1 IT Desktop Support Specialist **to monitor and resolve issues related to hardware, software and network infrastructure.**You need to have experience with IT performance management, network administration and system security.****Ultimately, you’ll ensure the IT systems are secure, its performance is consistent and reliable.****Responsibilities**:- Maintain and optimize company’s networks and servers- Be responsible for device management- Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls)- Coordinate installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software- Assess system performance and recommend improvements- Resolve issues escalated by end users, technicians and engineers- Provide support and guidance to other support groups- Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies)- Develop IT policies and practices**Requirements**:- Proven experience as Level 1 Desktop Support Agent or similar role- Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing- Excellent organizational and follow up skills- Problem-solving aptitude- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)- Excellent communication skills- La politica de trabajo de TCS es Hibrida Remota-Presencial por lo que es importante estar en Guadalaja para poder asistir a capcitaciones, upskilling meetings o client meetings._Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Horarios flexibles- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:En caso de ser necesario presentarse a la oficina, se cuentan con todas las medidas de control y prevención.Puede trasladarse/mudarse:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
