Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS (Outbound) Location: Guadalajara (Zapopan) OR Mexico City (Polanco / Reforma) In office Type: Contractor (direct) to start, employment to be offered after successful performance in role Language: English (near-native / C1+) What you’ll doOwn outbound prospecting to target accounts (email, phone, LinkedIn). Set meetings for AEs with the right stakeholders (e.g., Sales Ops, Procurement, Compliance, InfoSec). Research accounts and personalize outreach to real triggers. Qualify for fit and urgency (ICP + basic discovery). Keep meticulous CRM notes and follow-up tasks. Test messaging weekly; work tightly with marketing and the AE. Outcomes (first 60–90 days)Activity: (e.g., 40–60 dials/day, 40–80 emails/day, 15–25 LinkedIn touches/day). Meetings: (e.g., 10–15 qualified meetings/month after ramp). Quality: (e.g., 70%+ show rate; clear, complete notes in CRM). Required experience1–3+ years outbound SDR/BDR in B2B. Strong English (spoken + written). High comfort with rejection and iterative improvement. Strong organization and follow-through. CompensationBase: Competitive / depending on experience Variable: Performance based tied to qualified pipeline generated Compensation paid monthly Inglés avanzado requerido (C1/C2).
