Set meetings for AEs with the right stakeholders (e.g., Sales Ops, Procurement, Compliance, InfoSec). Research accounts and personalize outreach to real triggers. Qualify for fit and urgency (ICP + basic discovery). Keep meticulous CRM notes and follow-up tasks. Test messaging weekly; work tightly with marketing and the AE. Outcomes (first 60–90 days)Activity: (e.g., 40–60 dials/day, 40–80 emails/day, 15–25 LinkedIn touches/day). Meetings: (e.g., 10–15 qualified meetings/month after ramp). Quality: (e.g., 70%+ show rate; clear, complete notes in CRM). Required experience1–3+ years outbound SDR/BDR in B2B. Strong English (spoken + written). High comfort with rejection and iterative improvement. Strong organization and follow-through.
