Acerca Del Rol


  • Desarrollo de Estrategia: Construir y dirigir la estrategia general de las unidades de P&P y G&T, incluyendo la identificación de oportunidades de mercado, la definición de objetivos y la elaboración de planes para alcanzarlos en su territorio.
  • Gestión de Operaciones: Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias de las unidades de P&P y G&T, asegurando la eficiencia y la calidad en la prestación de servicios.
  • Gestión de Personal: Contratar, capacitar y gestionar al equipo de las unidades de P&P y G&T, asegurando que cuenten con los recursos y la motivación necesarios para desempeñarse de manera efectiva.
  • Desarrollo de Negocios: Identificar y cultivar relaciones con clientes potenciales, así como mantener y expandir las relaciones con los clientes existentes.
  • Control Financiero: Supervisar la gestión financiera de las unidades de P&P y G&T, incluyendo la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto, la gestión de costos y la maximización de la rentabilidad.
  • Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de las unidades de P&P y G&T, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad.
  • Innovación y Tendencias: Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en marketing digital, y liderar iniciativas de innovación dentro de las unidades de P&P y G&T.
  • Desarrollo de Marca: Participar en las iniciativas de branding y marketing de LLYC, asegurando una presencia sólida y positiva en el mercado.
  • Cumplimiento Normativo: Garantizar que LLYC cumpla con todas las regulaciones y normativas pertinentes en materia de marketing digital y negocios en general.


Qué Necesitamos


  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en roles similares
  • Ingles C1 (Must)
  • Conocimiento Profundo de Marketing Digital: Debe tener un sólido entendimiento de todos los aspectos del marketing, especialmente en medios (tanto off como digital), incluyendo SEO, marketing de contenidos, analítica web, entre otros.
  • Capacidad Analítica: Ser capaz de analizar datos y métricas para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas de marketing y tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en evidencia.
  • Experiencia en Gestión de Proyectos: Ser capaz de gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, establecer plazos realistas y asignar recursos de manera eficiente para alcanzar los objetivos.
  • Conocimientos Financieros: Entender los aspectos financieros del negocio, incluyendo presupuestos, costos, ingresos y rentabilidad, para tomar decisiones informadas y rentables.
  • Habilidades de Liderazgo y Gestión de Personal: Tener la capacidad de motivar, inspirar y guiar a un equipo multidisciplinario hacia el logro de objetivos comunes.
  • Habilidades de Comunicación: Ser capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva con clientes, colegas y empleados, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
  • Visión Estratégica: Tener la capacidad de pensar a largo plazo y desarrollar estrategias sólidas que impulsen el crecimiento y el éxito de la agencia.
  • Adaptabilidad y Resolución de Problemas: Ser capaz de adaptarse rápidamente a los cambios en el mercado y resolver problemas de manera creativa y eficiente.
  • Gestión del Cambio: Saber liderar y gestionar procesos de cambio dentro de la agencia, ya sea en términos de tecnología, procedimientos internos o enfoque estratégico.
