💬 ¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás?⚡️
  • Gestión del Equipo de Ventas: Contratar, capacitar y gestionar un equipo de representantes de ventas, estableciendo metas de ventas y monitoreando su rendimiento.
  • Desarrollo de Estrategias: Diseñar e implementar un plan estratégico de ventas que amplíe la base de clientes de la empresa y asegure una fuerte presencia en el mercado.
  • Relaciones con Clientes: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud, incluidos médicos, enfermeros y farmacéuticos, para promover la concienciación sobre los productos.
  • Análisis de Mercado: Analizar estadísticas de ventas para identificar áreas de mejora y optimizar el rendimiento de ventas. También es esencial mantenerse al tanto de las actividades de la competencia, las tendencias del mercado y los cambios regulatorios.
  • Coordinación con Marketing: Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar materiales promocionales y campañas específicas dirigidas a audiencias clave.
  • Gestión de Inventario y Logística: Supervisar los niveles de inventario y la logística de distribución para asegurar que la disponibilidad de productos se alinee con las estrategias de ventas.
  • Negociación de Contratos: Negociar contratos con farmacias y centros de salud para asegurar la inclusión de productos en listas y condiciones favorables.
📚+ 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares, experiencia previa en ventas dentro del sector farmacéutico, preferentemente ascendiendo desde puestos de ventas a roles de gestión y excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, capacidad para interpretar datos clínicos y de mercado, y conocimiento profundo del entorno regulatorio y de acceso al mercado.
