What You'll be Doing?
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Responds to RFx requirements to submit highquality pursuit documents to deadline
- Meeting proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.
- Contributes to proactive pursuit development and responses
- Coordinates final production to RFP specifications and assists in administration and operation of webbased collaborative tools for proposal development.
- Leads a virtual pursuit team in the project management of all areas required to complete the response on time and according to the identified win themes
- Partners across the entire organization to continually develop new content that reflects the TTEC products and services suite
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree in a communications, business, or sales related field, or equivalent experience in a professional services environment.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, proposal coordination, or project coordination.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in highpressure situations while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and timelines.
