El Analista Intermedio de Nómina es una función profesional de un empleado con el rol de supervisión. Se ocupa de la mayoría de los problemas de forma independiente y tiene cierta libertad para resolver problemas complejos. Integra conocimientos sólidos del área de especialidad con una comprensión sólida de los estándares y las prácticas de la industria. Tiene buena comprensión del modo en que el equipo y el área interactúan con otros para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción/categoría del puesto. Aplica un pensamiento analítico y el conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos. Exige atención al detalle al realizar juicios y hacer recomendaciones en función del análisis de información fáctica. En general, debe lidiar con temas variables con impacto potencial más amplio en los negocios. Aplica su juicio profesional al interpretar datos y resultados. Explica la información de manera sistemática y transmisible. Se requieren habilidades desarrolladas de comunicación y diplomacia para intercambiar información potencialmente compleja/sensible. Genera un impacto moderado pero directo mediante un contacto estrecho con las actividades principales de los negocios. La calidad y puntualidad de servicio suministrado afectarán la eficiencia del equipo propio y de equipos estrechamente relacionados.

Responsabilidades:

El Analista Intermedio de Nómina aplica sus conocimientos y experiencia en Nómina, terminaciones y los impuestos asociados (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN) para garantizar su correcta determinación y entero. Crear e implementar procedimientos internos adecuados para garantizar la operación disminuyendo el riesgo de la misma. Crear y gestionar el análisis del negocio y la documentación de especificaciones de cambios en el sistema. Desarrollar e implementar planes de pruebas de aplicaciones de usuarios; ejecutar planes de pruebas e identificar discrepancias. Resolver discrepancias con el personal técnico o de negocios, implementar medidas correctivas y volver a realizar pruebas según sea necesario. Interpreta datos y realiza recomendaciones. Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

Calificaciones:

Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia relevante en el área de nómina y los impuestos asociados (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN) Conocimientos profundos específicos del área en el control, la examinación, el análisis o la evaluación de procesos y datos. Capacidad de identificar brechas en las políticas. Experiencia sólida en un puesto relacionado (combinación de educación/experiencia).

Educación:

Licenciatura/título universitario. Nivel de Inglés suficiente para llevar conversaciones y redacción de emails.
