Objetivo del puesto:
Coordinar y supervisar el equipo de Incidentes y Requerimientos para la ejecución de los trabajos y los servicios de instalación y soporte, ya sea por atención a clientes o trabajo de campo por proyectos asegurando que se cumpla con los procesos y tiempos establecidos para cada tarea; a través de la gestión de los recursos asignados para cada proyecto o incidente.
Requisitos:
- Licenciado y/o ingeniero en informática, electrónica o afín (Titulado)
- Inglés intermedio
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en gestión de equipos
- Experiência de 2 años en implementación de sistemas
- Experiência mínima de 4 años en posiciones similares
- Experiência utilizando PowerBI
- Coordinar las atenciones de servicios del equipo de Incidentes y Requerimientos, asegurando que se cumpla con los alcances establecidos en los SLA
- Comunicar de forma continua con los clientes para asegurar la calidad del servicio
- Asegurar la buena administración y gestión de los recursos financieros, humanos y materiales del equipo de IyR.
Horario:
- Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm
- 100% presencial
Sueldo:
- $40,000 de acuerdo a experiência
- 100% nómina
