  • Elaboración de reportes de gastos, control de salas de junta, agenda y organización de eventos
  • Administrar pagos y supervisar al personal operativo (limpieza y vigilancia)
  • Atención a recepción (manejo de conmutador)
  • Reportes semanales sobre reuniones y minutas de trabajo (en inglés)
  • Administración general

Experiência:
Mínima de 2 años en puestos administrativos multitask

Escolaridad:
Preparatoria o carrera trunca

Conocimientos:
atención a clientes, reportes en Excel y Word, administración general y manejo de inglés al 100%

Indispensable dominar idioma inglés

Horarios:
Lunes a Viernes de 8 am a 6pm

Rango salarial:
