El candidato seleccionado será responsable de impulsar las ventas de nuestras soluciones publicitarias digitales a través de la adquisición y gestión de clientes, asegurando una experiencia excepcional para nuestros socios y maximizando los resultados de sus campañas publicitarias.

Tareas

Desarrollo de Relaciones Comerciales:

  • Poseer la autonomía para iniciar y cultivar relaciones sostenibles con agencias de medios y clientes directos.
  • Encargarse de vender las soluciones de vídeo y CTV de ShowHeroes, demostrando un profundo entendimiento de las necesidades del cliente.

Estrategia de Mercado:

  • Desarrollar una estrategia sólida de mercado y supervisar su evolución, adaptándola según sea necesario para mantener la relevancia y efectividad.

Gestión de Redes de Contacto:

  • Mantener una red de contactos robusta con agencias y clientes, además de tener la capacidad de establecer nuevas conexiones estratégicas.
  • Utilizar una amplia gama de estrategias de comunicación, incluyendo email, reuniones virtuales y presentaciones en persona cuando sea factible.

Experto en Soluciones de Contenido de Video y Publicidad:

  • Demostrar un dominio experto en soluciones de contenido de video y publicidad, brindando asesoramiento especializado a clientes, contactos y la industria en general.

Documentación Transparente:

  • Mantener una documentación clara y transparente de todas las actividades de ventas, proporcionando informes detallados sobre el progreso y los resultados obtenidos
Requisitos
  • Experiencia probada en la venta de soportes digitales de comunicación, con un enfoque particular en el video.
  • Historial comprobado de relaciones sólidas con interlocutores clave en agencias de medios y clientes directos, con capacidad para influir en la toma de decisiones.
  • Cartera sólida y actualizada de clientes en las Big Six
  • Profunda comprensión de los conceptos fundamentales del marketing digital y su aplicación práctica.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y presentación, combinadas con una mentalidad basada en objetivos, perseverancia, seguridad y autoridad.
  • Motivación intrínseca, creatividad para expresar nuevas ideas y disposición para asumir responsabilidades.
