Como IT Project Manager, serás el encargado de liderar al equipo de tecnología y asegurarte de que los productos y sistemas sean escalables, eficaces, fiables y seguros, cumpliendo con las necesidades empresariales y de los usuarios.

Además, serás el punto de contacto principal con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y gestionando sus requerimientos con el equipo de tecnología para desarrollar soluciones adecuadas.


Las principales responsabilidades del puesto incluyen:

  • Traducir las necesidades del cliente con el equipo de desarrollo para el plan de desarrollo de proyectos.
  • Coordinar y gestionar los proyectos de tecnología.
  • Planificar recursos y tiempos de entrega de cada proyecto.
  • Levantar requerimientos informáticos entendiendo las necesidades del negocio
  • Resolver y solucionar dudas de clientes.
  • Determinar las prioridades del departamento de tecnología.
  • Tomar decisiones estratégicas y proponer soluciones de informática.

Para ser considerado para el puesto, necesitarás:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiência en puestos similares
  • Conocimientos de metodologías ágiles como Scrum
  • Experiência trabajando con Java (3)
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, planificación, proactividad y estrategia
  • Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Lic en Computación, Ing en Sistemas o afines
