Job Description

Role Summary

Mantener la relación y el desarrollo comercial de los clientes asignados, incluida la responsabilidad de pérdidas y ganancias (P&L) así como hacer crecer el negocio manteniendo las ventas actuales y obteniendo nuevos negocios.

Main Tasks


• Mantener y dar servicio a las cuentas de clientes asignados.

• Prospectar y conseguir nuevos negocios de EO en HD& I (Off Road) de acuerdo con una estrategia a largo plazo.

• Comunicar eficazmente los requerimientos del cliente al equipo interno para crear un alto nivel de enfoque de toda la empresa para con el cliente.

• Gestionar los proyectos de los clientes desde el concepto inicial hasta la producción de prototipos en conjunto con las áreas respectivas.

• Proporcionar soporte técnico y capacitación sobre productos a los clientes.

• Preparar cotizaciones y llevar a cabo negociaciones comerciales de acuerdo con la política de precios de la empresa incluyendo la elaboración de solicitud y seguimiento de cálculo de costos, así como
coordinar al equipo multidisciplinario para la obtención del cálculo del precio de venta por pieza.

• Preparar la planificación anual de ventas y actividades conexas.

• Garantizar que la recepción de pedidos y la actividad de ventas estén en línea con los objetivos planificados y de la mano de lo contratado con los clientes.

• Pronosticar las tendencias de los clientes/mercados para una mejor planificación.

• Manejo y control de los contratos con los clientes.

• Monitorear a los competidores y compartir la información dentro de los equipos internos.

• Actuar como miembro del equipo para desarrollo de programas.

• Seguir las prioridades de OE HD&I para América así como los KPI's asignados localmente.

• Participar en lograr y mantener los Resultados financieros según la política de la empresa.

• Negociar cambios de ingeniería durante el lanzamiento del proyecto.

Your Profile

Nivel de Escolaridad:

• Ingeniería: Industrial/ Mecánica/Eléctrica

• Negocios Internacionales/Administración

Experiencia:

• 3-5 años en ventas de la industria Automotriz (manufactura)

• Conocimiento del entorno de manufactura e ingeniería con OEM's, Tier1, Industrial, Off Road (Caterpillar/John Deere).

Habilidades:

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación en Inglés/Español (verbal/escrita).

• Disciplinado y capaz de trabajar bajo presión.

• Uso eficiente de Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excelente presentación.

Requisitos Adicionales:

• Manejo de SAP

• Deseable manejo de portales de clientes.

• Disponibilidad para viajar, preferente pasaporte y VISA vigente.
