- Realizar actividades de nómina, analizar e interpretar reglas de pago utilizando Workbrain Online Time and Attendance (OTA), Workday Time Tracking, Workday Payroll y ServiceNow Case Management, incluyendo pero no limitado a:* Ingresar, revisar y auditar datos de tarjetas de tiempo, entradas de pago y resultados de pago.
- Ajustar entradas de tiempo, entradas de pago o asignaciones de costos de nómina.
- Calcular el pago para empleados sindicales de acuerdo con los convenios colectivos de trabajo y para todos los empleados según la política de la empresa y los requisitos legislativos.
- Procesar solicitudes de pago especiales para reubicación, indemnización, licencia y tiempo libre pagado.
- Calcular elementos adicionales relacionados con la nómina, incluyendo embargos, ajustes, pensiones, etc.
- Resolver cualquier problema con impuestos, ingresos imputados o deducciones de beneficios.
- Iniciar ejecuciones de pago, supervisar y auditar nóminas.
- Calcular e ingresar cambios retroactivos de pago.
- Exportar datos de OTA para procesar en Workday Payroll.
- Investigar inconsistencias e irregularidades de nómina para determinar la causa raíz y proporcionar una solución.
- Actuar como punto de escalada y trabajar para identificar, rastrear, documentar y resolver problemas y riesgos de manera proactiva, con una escalada oportuna de los elementos no resueltos a la alta gerencia.
- Cargar datos de nómina en masa utilizando Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Crear y solucionar problemas de nuevos EIB.
- Solucionar problemas y documentar errores de integración.
- Ayudar a los equipos de Reconciliación de Nóminas y Pensiones a analizar y resolver discrepancias contables y de pensiones de nómina.
- Rastrear transacciones de nómina en los libros mayores del sistema financiero SAP.
- Apoyar auditorías internas de varias áreas de nómina y preparar materiales para auditores externos e internos.
- Compilar, analizar y documentar problemas en la nómina y actividades fiscales relacionadas para identificar problemas o temas sistémicos.
- Revisar y actualizar materiales de capacitación sobre procesamiento de nómina y mantener políticas y procedimientos internos de acuerdo con la ley. Administrar capacitaciones de empleados sobre políticas de nómina y uso de sistemas relacionados con la nómina.
- Realizar análisis de datos ejecutando informes y utilizando funcionalidades de Excel (búsquedas verticales, coincidencias de índice, tablas dinámicas).
- Clasificar solicitudes de tickets en el sistema de gestión de casos para la emisión de pagos y otros elementos relacionados con la nómina.
- Participar en pruebas de cambios y mejoras en el sistema o procesos de nómina.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer):
Requisitos indispensables:
- Licenciatura en Contaduría/Finanzas/Administración o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 23 años en Payroll en compañías internacionales.
- Inglés avanzado indispensable
- Manejo de nómina de 2000 a 3000 personas.
