Asesorar a especialistas de la salud con inquietudes referentes a la plataforma y su uso a través de llamadas de entrada y tickets.

Investigar si los "errores" que reportan los especialistas pueden ser resueltos, de lo contrario crear tickets en tiempo y forma para asegurar su pronta resolución.

Analizar los perfiles de cada uno para así ayudar a maximizar sus herramientas, brindando la mejor experiência y servicio. Lograr un monto mensual de ventas cruzadas.

  • Asesorar a especialistas de la salud (médicos, asistentes) sobre el uso de nuestra plataforma por medio de llamadas Inbound/Outbound así como tickets
  • Hacer labor de consultoría con médicos y especialistas vía zoom.
  • Atención enfocada en satisfacer las necesidades de los especialistas de la salud.
  • Aclaración de dudas sobre la plataforma y su uso.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes. Empatizar con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Seguimiento de incidencias reportadas con el equipo de soporte.
  • Asesor a pacientes y proveedores, de ser necesario direccionar.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência en atención de clientes por teléfono en llamadas de entrada y salida.
  • Manejo y control de un alto volumen de llamadas Inbound
  • Experiência en centros de contacto / Help Centers
  • Atención a clientes por correo así como resolución de casos
  • Seguimiento de casos y de interacciones
  • Experiência en Apoyo para brindar asesorías y resolver dudas o problemas
  • Experiência de al menos de 1 año brindando capacitación, Onboarding o mantenimiento de cartera a través de plataformas de videollamada o llamada de salida.
  • Dominio sobre el paquete de productividad de empresas de tecnología (paquete de Google, Slack, Hubspot).
  • Uso de CRM
  • Experiência deseable en Retención
  • Excelente manejo de clientes difíciles
  • Ingles Intermedio
