  • Responsable de aplicar el diagnostico de necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo de los empleados dentro de las diferentes áreas de la empresa.
  • Responsable de calendarizar e implementar el plan anual de capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Responsable de contactar empresas especializadas, Instituciones educativas y consultores externos para actualizar el inventario de cursos.
  • Prepara y administra el presupuesto de capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Coordina la elaboración, adquisición y actualización de materiales para entrenamiento.
  • Coordina y/o participa en la logística e implementación de los cursos de capacitación y desarrollo para los colaboradores directos, indirectos y administrativos.
  • Asegura la integridad del registro de los cursos y actualización de las matrices de centrenamiento para cumplir con los planes de capacitación.
  • Resguarda las evidencias de capacitación y entrenamiento.
  • Establece y reporta los indicadores de capacitación y desarrollo de personal.
  • Asegura la disponibilidad de los planes de capacitación y entrenamiento a todos los colaboradores que lo requieran.
  • Apoya en la atención de auditorías internas y/o externas.

Requisitos:

  • Título Universitario, en carrera a fin al área
  • Inglés avanzado (90% lectura y conversacional).
  • Conocimiento de comunicación efectiva
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft (Excel, Word, PP, etc)
  • Experiência de 5 años en el puesto
  • Conocimiento del cumplimiento normativo en materia de capacitación STPS, DC3, DOF, LFT.
  • Experiência en aplicación de detección de necesidades de capacitación.
  • Experiência en estrategias de incorporación del personal de nuevo ingreso a la empresa
  • Uso de sistema tress enfocado a capacitación/entrenamientos

  • VISA vigente
