Main Goal:

Develop and supervise sales strategies to attract new prospects for card-not-present products, aiming to expand the existing client base. Motivate the sales team, coordinate representatives to meet set targets, and identify potential sales opportunities. Build and maintain business relationships with banks and gateways to grow partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce card-not-present products to potential customers, clients, and partners, such as banks and gateways.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies.
  • Track sales campaigns with partners (Banks and Gateways).
  • Analyze sales indicators to boost performance and identify opportunities.
  • Present and negotiate card-not-present products with potential C-Level clients.
  • Create commercial proposals.
  • Organize documents and follow the affiliation process.
  • Manage CRM.
  • Act as a link between the client and implementation process.
  • Generate leads in various markets.
  • Understand card-not-present products comprehensively, including their features, benefits, market advantages, and added value propositions.
  • Support Lead Sales Executive teams to improve their performance.
  • Assist in sales processes with internal departments.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
  • Intermediate-Advanced business English.
  • Experience in negotiation and influencing.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong communication, active listening, math, and analytical skills.
  • Organized with diligent follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Analytical and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preference for experience in payment processing or financial services.
  • 3 years in service and sales roles.
