Requirements
¿Qué harás?
- Serás la cara de la marca, actuando como la voz de la compañía y la voz de los consumidores para la compañía.
- Crearás y mantendrás conexiones con los consumidores por distintos canales.
- Serás responsable de la emisión y recepción de llamadas.
- Monitorizarás, gestionarás y recolectarás las interacciones de los consumidores en el CRM.
- Atenderás al consumidor y darás respuesta a quejas de calidad, a riesgos potenciales, solicitudes de información y otras recibidas a través de teléfono, email y web.
- Gestionarás las incidencias a través de CRM (Salesforce, u otros).
- Tendrás que proponer soluciones y mejoras en los procesos, incluso en la fidelización de clientes.
- Harás seguimiento diario de los casos asignados y pendientes de cerrar.
¿Quién eres?
Aportarás 2 años de experiencia trabajando en call center en atención al consumidor.
Estudios mínimos de formación profesional.
Nivel de inglés medio
Aportarás conocimiento en:
- Gestión de incidencias a través de CRM (Salesforce u otro Ticketing System)
- Soporte técnico: navegadores, cookies, incidencias en web.
- Emisión y recepción de llamadas.
- Redacción y ortografía.
