Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Groupe Limagrain Holding. As a key member of our Americas region, you will be responsible for driving customer insights and commercial strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer data to inform commercial decisions and develop targeted sales campaigns.
- Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Sales Campaigns: Support the development and execution of sales campaigns, including planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Customer Database Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer database segmentation and management within our CRM system.
- Communications: Develop and implement effective internal and external communications strategies to support business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer engagement, commercial strategy, and sales campaign development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus.
