Objetivo de la posición:

Apoyar en el proceso administrativo de recursos humanos/contable ante la elaboración de nuestras nóminas en período semanal, quincenal, de comisiones a nivel nacional, así como contribuir al debido cumplimiento con todas las regulaciones fiscales y normativas oficiales correspondientes.

Reponsabilidades:

Recopilación, captura y administración de incidencias en sistema de nómina nacional. Movimientos de altas, bajas, y modificaciones ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) e INFONAVIT y FONACOT. Control del Sistema Único de Autodeterminación de Cuotas Patronales (SUA). Administración y pago de impuesto estatal. Conciliaciones bancarias, fiscales mensuales de conceptos de nóminas vs contabilidad.

Requerimientos técnicos/profesionales:

Profesional de Contaduría Pública, Administración Empresas, o afines con el área con conocimiento básico Contabilidad Experiencia Mínima de 2 años en empleos anteriores Manejo programas contables de nómina a nivel intermedio Comprensión de inglés intermedio Manejo Microsoft Office Avanzado

Habilidades y competencias:

Persona dinámica, con orientación a resultados, acostrumbrada al trabajo bajo presión y atención a detalles.
