Requisitos:
  • Lic. en Gastronomía relacionada o indistinta a fin
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiência Ventas de alimentos en canal HORECA (Food Service)
  • Contar con automóvil (indispensable)
  • Manejo de office (intermedio)
  • Experiência en ventas, prospección de clientes
  • Análisis de cotizaciones, manejo de inventarios teóricos.
  • Conocimiento de Pescados y Mariscos muy importante, y otros alimentos congelados preferentemente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (indispensable)
Home Office (temporal alrededor de 3 meses), A partir del 3er mes en oficina

Horario:
L-V 9:00 am a 6:00 pm Sábado 9:00 am a 1:00 pm

Ofrecemos:

- $20,000mensuales dependiendo experiência ( pagos quincenales) + Comisiones (dependiendo clientes mensuales)

  • Capacitación 1 o 2 semanas en Cancún

Actividades:

  • Gestionar la gama de productos que ofrece la empresa.
  • Seguimiento a las gestiones realizadas mediante visitas, llamadas, correos, etc.
  • Conservar la relación comercial con las diferentes áreas (compras, almacén, cocina).
  • Realizar investigación de mercado (competencia, precio, producto).
  • Cumplimiento de metas planteadas por su jefe inmediato.
  • Generación de lista de precios (mensual, bimestral, trimestral, etc.).
  • Asistir en la primera entrega de productos, así como resolver la problemática que surja en cada una de las mismas.
  • Gestionar la apertura de nuevos clientes para el crecimiento de la cartera.
  • Realizar cotizaciones según requerimiento de los clientes.
  • Llevar un control de tarifas por clientes
  • Tener el control y conocimiento de las fichas técnicas de los productos ofrecidos.
  • Dar seguimiento a las rutas correspondientes por zonas.
  • Apoyar en los horarios de recepción de cada hotel.
  • Mantener contacto con el chofer de distribución.
  • Resolver cualquier problemática de distribución en tiempo real.
  • Apoyar con entregas personalizadas según requerimiento del cliente.
  • Seguimiento a las pruebas de rendimiento efectuada por cada cliente.
  • Realizar expediente por cliente para el control de facturas a cobro.
  • Gestionar y llevar un estricto control de cobros a los clientes.
  • Revisión de facturas atrasadas.
  • Revisión de notas de créditos.
  • Seguimiento a ciclos de cobros a través de factoraje financiero.
  • Recolección de cheques
