¿Qué harás?

Planificar con la finalidad de lograr la excelencia en el servicio para el líder asignado, reduciendo puntos de dolor en la operación diaria de nuestros asociados(as) para servir mejor a nuestros clientes, a través de una mentalidad de fundador.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar agenda de líderes. (priorizar)
  • Apoyar en la asignación de equipos o materiales para los miembros del equipo (subdirectores y Dirección) p.ej., laptop, celular, coche, tarjetas de la empresa, TAG)
  • Actualizar directorio del equipo.
  • Seguimiento a procesos de movilidad.
  • Controlar gastos de temas administrativos (viajes, eventos).
  • Centralizar información.
  • Levantamientos de información.
  • Elaborar reportes.
  • Apoyar en organización de eventos en la Tribu (juntas semanales, mensuales, JIA, JUFA, visitas internacionales, recorridos, sesiones de resultados, etc.)
  • Actualizar organigrama.
  • Gestionar eventos de integración entre el equipo.
  • Coordinar viajes y comprobación de gastos con base en facturas (nacionales o internacionales).

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Lic. en Administración o afín.
  • Inglés avanzado (Indispensable)
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en rol similar.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Microsoft
  • Atención al detalle y capacidad de mantener confidencialidad.
