La Oportunidad
Esta posición está ubicada en la Ciudad de Tijuana en la división de Productos farmacéuticos establecidos. Estamos comprometidos a llevar los beneficios de nuestros medicamentos confiables a más personas en los países de más rápido crecimiento del mundo. Nuestro amplio portafolio de medicamentos genéricos de marca diferenciada y de alta calidad abarca múltiples áreas terapéuticas, incluidas la gastroenterología, la salud de la mujer, los cardiometabólicos, el manejo del dolor / sistema nervioso central y las vías respiratorias.
Como Gerente de distrito, será responsable de asegurar el resultado de ventas a través de la promoción médica con el uso adecuado de herramientas y de la implementación de las estrategias de negocio para el logro de objetivos.
Que harás:
1. Lograr la ejecución impecable de las estrategias de marketing a nivel distrital.
2. Organizar, planear y supervisar el trabajo de los representantes asignados a su distrito asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de actuación de su equipo.
3. Asegurar las ventas mensuales y anuales por producto, estableciendo planes de acción de los diferentes territorios que respondan a las necesidades de su distrito.
4. Asegurar el crecimiento de la generación de demanda a través de la prescripción médica de sus diferentes médicos en todas las zonas asignadas a su distrito.
5. Desarrollo del personal a su cargo (Representantes de ventas) estableciendo planes de acción individuales con apoyo de la plataforma LMS.
6. Asegurar que se cumplan los indicadores de productividad en términos de cobertura, frecuencia y penetración de mercado
7. Asegurar la correcta capacitación de conocimientos y técnicas de ventas de sus productos
8. Mantener la calidad óptima de sus ficheros médicos y de farmacias
Cualificaciones requeridas
- Titulado (indispensable) en Licenciatura Áreas Económico-Administrativas, Químico-Biológicas, Humanidades
- Idioma Inglés avanzado
- Manejo de office (excel, word, .ppt)
- Experiencia: 3 años en el puesto como Gerente de distrito
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo
