Descripción de la Posición:

El Director de Capital Humano será responsable de liderar todas las actividades relacionadas con la gestión del talento humano en la organización. Este rol será crucial para garantizar el reclutamiento, la capacitación y el desarrollo efectivo de equipos de ventas masivos en campo. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en reclutamiento, selección, capacitación y desarrollo de equipos de ventas, con habilidades comprobadas para impulsar el rendimiento y la productividad de los empleados.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Reclutamiento y Selección:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de reclutamiento para atraer talento de alta calidad para los equipos de ventas en campo.
  • Realizar entrevistas y evaluar candidatos para garantizar un proceso de selección efectivo y la contratación de los mejores profesionales.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para identificar las necesidades de personal y garantizar una alineación estratégica en la contratación.

Capacitación y Desarrollo:

  • Diseñar programas de capacitación adaptados a las necesidades específicas de los equipos de ventas masivos en campo.
  • Implementar iniciativas de desarrollo profesional que fomenten el crecimiento y la retención de talento.
  • Supervisar el desempeño de los empleados y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva para impulsar la mejora continua.

Gestión del Desempeño:

  • Establecer y monitorear métricas clave de desempeño para evaluar el rendimiento individual y del equipo.
  • Desarrollar sistemas de incentivos y reconocimiento para motivar a los empleados y mejorar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Identificar áreas de mejora en el desempeño y colaborar con los gerentes de ventas para implementar soluciones efectivas.

Gestión de Relaciones Laborales:

  • Servir como punto de contacto principal para resolver problemas y conflictos relacionados con el personal.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos, así como de las regulaciones laborales vigentes.
  • Promover un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo y colaborativo que fomente la diversidad y la igualdad de oportunidades.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en el sector de ventas masivas en campo.
  • Conocimiento profundo de técnicas de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Habilidad para diseñar y ejecutar programas de capacitación efectivos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Orientación hacia resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Psicología Industrial, Recursos Humanos u otro campo relacionado.
