Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, Northwest Refuse has established itself as a local hauler to the Greater Baltimore/DC area servicing recurring municipal customers, as well as an experienced waste consulting firm. Servicing over 300,000 units nationwide, including hundreds of senior care facilities and Fortune 500 companies, NWR has earned a reputation for industry-leading waste management, reliability, and outstanding customer service. The group has recently acquired WasteBox and Next Day Potty to further expand operations and serve client demands and is looking to grow their sales and outreach team.

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a good background in sales and will be responsible for generating new leads, following up on proposals, and building relationships with potential clients. Candidates must be located in Mexico, preferably in Guadalajara.

The individual must have excellent English speaking and writing skill given the fast-paced training and lead prospecting environment, as well as a proficiency in adapting to new technologies. This position heavily utilizes 's business development platform to find accurate contact information, manage list of qualified leads and gather relevant information about decision makers. LinkedIn and other digital media will be utilized to further research companies and identify additional contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and prospects.
  • Follow up on sales proposals and inquiries to convert leads into customers.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales, ZoomInfo, and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the sales manager.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent research, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data verification.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and platforms like ZoomInfo (preferably), Cognism, Seamless, Upload, Apollo.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, like Zoho or Salesforce.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for work.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
