**We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Mexico City (Anzures, Darwin)**A fast-growing company in the tech and digital services sector is looking for a **proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join its commercial team.This role is critical in fueling the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and building relationships with high-impact B2B clients.If you're driven by targets, comfortable with outreach, and eager to grow in the world of B2B sales, this opportunity is for you.**Key Responsibilities**- Focus 100% on prospecting and qualifying leads- Cold call to open and engage large B2B accounts- Schedule meetings and manage initial conversations for the sales team- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up- Create initial proposals and hand off clear briefs to the account team- Collaborate directly with the CEO and commercial team to help drive deal closures**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in **fintech, financial services, tax, or SaaS** sectors- Intermediate English level- Experience with **CRM systems** and consultative sales methodologies- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills- A hands-on, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment**Contract Type and Work Modality**- **Full-time, permanent position**:- **On-site role** based in **Mexico City (Anzures, Darwin)**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,****** - $35,****** al mes
