El Customer Success Academic & Corporate Solutions Manager LatAm gestionará la ruta de éxito del cliente en relación la incorporación de soluciones tecnológicas aplicada a las operaciones legales, corporativas y/o académicas, desempeñará un papel importante para ayudar a nuestros clientes a transformar la propuesta de valor comercial en un aprovechamiento óptimo de nuestro portafolio de servicios, siendo responsable de garantizar que los clientes obtengan el máximo valor de nuestra plataforma y su ecosistema tecnológico.
En este rol, será fundamental tener habilidad para administrar las relaciones estratégicas con los clientes, ampliando la red de vínculos y contactos de forma permanente. Siendo el perfil deseable un profesional del derecho con enfoque comercial, y experiencia o conocimiento del funcionamiento de las instituciones académicas, tanto públicas como privadas.
*Responsabilidades más importantes*
1. Gestionar la cartera de clientes corporativos y académicos
2. Cumplir con los objetivos mínimos de renovación del negocio activo
3. Incrementar el valor económico del negocio de los clientes
4. Administrar la correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de proyectos tecnológicos de los clientes
5. Consolidar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con nuestros clientes, sus representantes principales y usuarios finales
6. Gestionar de forma oportuna la incorporación y fidelización del cliente a través de sesiones de transferencia de conocimientos, así como actualización de licencias
7. Reportar resultados de forma proactiva y ejecutar las tareas indicadas para el cumplimiento de objetivos
8. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios a nivel interno y externo
Condiciones:
Horario; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm local time
Salario: $17.000
Bonificación Trimestral
