We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our largest and highest-profile customers to drive their success on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to understand their business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement customized success plans to drive customer adoption and utilization of Salesforce
- Provide timely and proactive guidance on Salesforce features and functionality
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on best practices and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms
- Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies
Preferred Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Salesforce product certifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and features
