Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our SaaS product.
- Provide initial and ongoing training and resources to help customers maximize product usage and achieve their goals.
- Establish clear goals and success criteria with customers, tracking and reporting on key success metrics aligned with client objectives.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services, working closely with the sales team to pursue these opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CSM, account management or similar role within the technology or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong understanding of AI technologies and insurance claims processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to craft compelling presentations and proposals.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
