**¿De qué trata el desafío?**:

- Nuestro equipo de **Customer Success** está buscando a su siguiente **Customer Success Manager** de nuestra cartera de **Small & Medium Business**. Este rol velará por la experiência y satisfacción de nuestros clientes, ayudándolos a alcanzar su máximo potencial y actuando como su partner estratégico en Webdox.

**¿Qué tendrás que hacer?**
- **Asegurar la Retención de Clientes**: Mantener una alta tasa de retención en tu cartera de clientes, garantizando su satisfacción y lealtad.
- **Ser la Voz del Cliente**: Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para tu cartera asignada, proporcionando apoyo adicional y representando sus necesidades dentro de Webdox.
- **Trabajar con Marketing y Producto**: Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing y Producto para identificar y mejorar los aspectos clave que aseguren la adopción y el éxito del cliente.
- **Monitorear Métricas Clave**: Realizar el levantamiento y seguimiento de métricas esenciales relacionadas con el uso, problemas y otros aspectos críticos de tu cartera asignada.
- **Desarrollar Product Tours y Campañas**: Crear y ejecutar tours de productos y campañas masivas para impulsar el uso de la plataforma y mejorar la experiência del usuario.
- **Levantar Inputs para Mejora Continua**: Recoger y comunicar patrones y feedback de los clientes relacionados con producto y soporte para contribuir a la mejora continua.

**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**:

- Que cuentes con 2 a 3 años de experiência en roles de Customer Success Manager o símil.
- Experiência en empresas de tecnología y SaaS.
- Experiência en negocios B2B.
- Obsesión por el cliente.
- Comunicación efectiva.
