¿Qué estamos buscando?
El Gerente de Ventas es responsable de solicitar y familiarizarse de manera efectiva con todas las cuentas en sus segmentos de mercado. También es responsable de la prospección y el cierre de cuentas/territorio asignados para impactar positivamente los ingresos del hotel.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Asiste a la reunión diaria de Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR). Desarrollar un conocimiento práctico completo de las operaciones del hotel, incluidos alimentos y bebidas, servicios al huésped y reservas.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento completo de las políticas de ventas de la empresa y los SOP, y garantizar el conocimiento y el cumplimiento de esas políticas por parte del equipo de ventas.
- Cumplir o superar los objetivos establecidos.
- Operar el Departamento de Ventas dentro del presupuesto de gastos de ventas establecido.
- Participar en el M.O.D. requerido. y cobertura de oficina los sábados según lo programado.
- Iniciar y dar seguimiento a leads.
- Mantener y participar en un programa activo de solicitud de ventas.
- Supervisar la producción de todas las cuentas principales y evalúe las tendencias dentro de su mercado.
- Comuníquese periódicamente con las cuentas existentes según las frecuencias de seguimiento del Programa de cobertura de cuentas.
- Cumplir o superar los objetivos de las llamadas de solicitud de ventas asignados por el Director de Ventas.
- Invitar a los clientes al hotel para entretenimiento, almuerzos, recorridos e inspecciones del sitio.
- Ayudar en la implementación de promociones especiales relacionadas con segmentos de venta directa, es decir, fiestas, bombardeos de ventas, etc.
- Ayudar en la preparación de los informes requeridos de manera oportuna.
- Familiarícese con todas las políticas de ventas y técnicas de venta de Highgate Hotel con énfasis en maximizar la ocupación y la tarifa diaria promedio (ADR).
- Realice una inspección profesional y exhaustiva del sitio del hotel con los clientes, mostrando las características y beneficios clave de la propiedad.
- Utilice el sistema de gestión de ventas computarizado de su propiedad para administrar el negocio del hotel, lo que incluye (entre otros) generar informes, ingresar negocios, bloquear espacio y crear cuentas.
- Desarrollar oportunidades de networking a través de la participación activa en asociaciones, actividades y eventos comunitarios y profesionales.
- Revise las evaluaciones del planificador de reuniones con el Director de Ventas para garantizar que los problemas reciban seguimiento.
