Regional Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify client needs and market challenges through business development calls across Mexico and LATAM.
- Establish contact with decision-makers from potential clients to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Effectively communicate and present the company’s products and innovative solutions, tailoring them to meet specific market and client needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in relevant fields).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Media, Ad-Tech, Market Research, or data-driven industries.
- Proven **sales** experience (B2B market experience is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in **English** (mandatory/non-negotiable)
- Interest in technological innovation and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, proactive, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Essential to **reside in Cancun**.
