Your role will involve:
Talking to clients frequently, including cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline building. You'll sell Trans-Pro's full range of services and negotiate with shippers and carriers across North America and Mexico to ensure optimal service and profit maximization. You'll handle client issues and leave them satisfied due to your excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
We want the best talent, so we offer competitive compensation:
You'll start with a base salary of $18,000 per month, plus 8% commission on gross margin. Once you reach our set KPI targets, you'll transition to 100% commission. The potential for growth is substantial.
