Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Product Owner Sales Enablement.

**What you’ll do**:
Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a product owner Sales Enablement to join our Information Technology team. This role can reside in any Global Eaton facility. The position will focus on Sales Performance Management and Project Management.

This position is responsible for maximizing the value of the Sales Organization via the Sales Crediting and Incentive Compensation processes and platform by creating, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog. In addition, the position is responsible for the Project Management Solution to support major project delivery and ensuring our services teams have a solution to manage their deliveries.

The product owner will set and communicate the product vision, develop and maintain the product roadmap, and define key operational processes like the product release schedule. The individual in this role will work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives for the product scrum or Kanban team.

The product owner allocates funds to backlog items and defines work priorities for individuals dedicated to the product team. They will define the full lifecycle of portfolio of work from innovation activities through new features, continuous improvement, system health, and support.

The product owner works directly with analysts, engineers and other product team members to execute the product roadmap, guide the product development lifecycle, define use stories, and provide voice of the customer within product processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 4-10 years of experience as an analyst, project manager, engineer or program lead on moderate to highly complex technology projects and programs.
- Demonstrable understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes
- Practical knowledge of and experience working within agile scrum and/or Kanban delivery teams
- General understanding of DevSecOps principles
- Familiarity with modern technology architecture principles including APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
- Sales Performance Managment Platforms/Processes like Anaplan
- Data Manipulation and Standardization from various ERP systems
- Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud - Executive-level communication skills- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
- Ability to create and manage product roadmaps
- Clear understanding of lean principles with respect to product and portfolio management
- Data orientation and ability to make Data-based decisions
- Passion for great customer experiences
- Financial and budget management
- Comfortable working directly with both business leaders and Eaton external customers
- Proven ability to drive change across organizational boundaries
- Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams.

***Product Owner
- Own the product backlog, managing and prioritizing user stories, continuous improvement work, and technical enablers
- Work with user experience and engineering leads to define and prioritize work, aligning to the overall experience strategy and direction
- Work closely with business stakeholders and customers, understanding their priorities and defining business outcomes and KPIs for the product in collaboration with those key stakeholders
- Define product use cases and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate issue resolution at a product and solution level
- Act as a functional expert in areas related to the product
- Support continuous process improvement activities across product processes (agile scrum, DevSecOps, etc.)
- Understand commercial, business and go-to-market strategies where applicable
- Help define operational processes alongside the scrum master and technical lead
- Must ensure ongoing support, maintenance, uptime, performance, availability in collaboration with either support or technical leaders
- Maintaining working relationships with senior IT management and group vice presidents of Sales and Marketing functions.

Project Management
- Support the overall project management solution, strategy and long-term roadmap, ensuring value addended experience for users and customers.
- The incumbent will recommend, manage and deploy technical solutions supporting a global user base of roughly 2,000 Eaton users, and thousands of external users.
