About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering training and development programs to our sales and account management employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales performance and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather necessary materials and content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training content
  • Assess and select the most suitable training delivery methods to balance effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives
  • Represent the organization at important events and meetings, facilitating discussions and presentations as needed
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales enablement, training, and development. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent English language skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field
  • Ability to understand business needs and requirements
  • Experience in delivering in-person and online training programs, including design and development of training content
  • Ability to create effective training materials that enhance job capabilities and sales performance
