We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering training and development programs to our sales and account management employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales performance and capabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather necessary materials and content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training content
- Assess and select the most suitable training delivery methods to balance effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives
- Represent the organization at important events and meetings, facilitating discussions and presentations as needed
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales enablement, training, and development. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English language skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field
- Ability to understand business needs and requirements
- Experience in delivering in-person and online training programs, including design and development of training content
- Ability to create effective training materials that enhance job capabilities and sales performance
