We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering training and development programs to our sales and account management employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training content to enhance sales capabilities and performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are up-to-date on products and competitive developments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary materials and content.
- Represent the organization at important events and meetings, facilitating discussions and presentations as needed.
- Assess and select the most effective training delivery methods, balancing effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales enablement, training, and development. Your experience should include:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Fluent English is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand business needs and requirements.
- Experience in delivering in-person and online trainings, including design and development of training content.
- Ability to create effective training materials that increase job capabilities and sales performance.
