About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering training and development programs to our sales and account management employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training content to enhance sales capabilities and performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are up-to-date on products and competitive developments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary materials and content.
  • Represent the organization at important events and meetings, facilitating discussions and presentations as needed.
  • Assess and select the most effective training delivery methods, balancing effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales enablement, training, and development. Your experience should include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Experience in delivering in-person and online trainings, including design and development of training content.
  • Ability to create effective training materials that increase job capabilities and sales performance.
