About the Role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales performance by developing and delivering training programs that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, including classroom, live online, and e-learning sessions.
  • Develop and maintain training content, including scripts, lesson plans, participant guides, and other training-related materials.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to gather insights and develop training programs that meet business needs.
  • Assess and select the most effective training delivery methods, balancing training effectiveness with cost-reduction objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product experts, and other business leaders.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales enablement professional who can drive sales performance through effective training and enablement. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams, product experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with training delivery methods, including classroom, live online, and e-learning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
