**THE POSITION**

This role supports the Business Development team by establishing an organized, research-driven process to fuel PGM's outbound prospecting motion; qualifying new prospects for the BDR team to pursue. You'll do this by helping with research, data entry, communication programming and report preparation.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Subscribe to vertical based publications/newsletters to prospect from
- Research relevant upcoming events and conferences to prospect attendees (companies)
- Utilize MS Dynamics and work with platform administrator to prepare target lists
- Prepare lists of accounts/prospects
- Check prospects against account lists for existing relationships
- Pull and organize account lists in Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with follow-up copy for trending blogs, eBooks, webinars and other content for our nurture track sequences

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Functional and proficient user experience of MS Office Products
- Strong reading, writing and typing skills
- Functional knowledge of marketing terms and practices
- Familiarity with common prospecting tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and similar
- Proficient with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
