**THE POSITION**

You will play a key role in our growth strategy, being part of the Onboarding team, in a high-volume onboarding role that will focus on calling Home Improvement Providers (handymen), telling them about Porch, building value, and getting them interested in being part of our growing platform. Attractive bonus structure for activating providers on our platform.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Making outbound calls to follow up with interested prospective leads
- Making outbound cold calls to prospective professionals and consistently hitting onboarding targets.
- Keeping up-to-date and accurate records in team docs and system.
- Guiding Home Improvement Providers through the Porch Services registration and account activation process.
- Manage a new provider through the completion of their first three jobs on our platform.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- 6+ months of experience in a call center or call-center type of environment.
- To be great at story-telling
- The ability to deal with ambiguous situations, and adapt quickly to changes.
- Experience in outbound cold-calling sales will be a plus; The lack of sales experience needs to be compensated by a genuine desire to learn and develop a career in the field.
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
