HR Profile, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection of professionals for the LATAM region, is seeking an Agent Customer Support Bilingual (Technical b2b) for Call Center for our client, a multinational company specializing in digital development and agile solutions, with operations in the USA,and Latam.
**Objective**:
You will be responsible for remotely support for our customers', lighting and cooling equipment to reduce energy costs and optimize equipment performance.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Process Inbound and outbound Call Center Phone calls.
Create and process Ticket Requests documenting work performed.
Remote Troubleshooting skills utilized to respond to and proactively address issues from
customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.
Provide telephone support for customers using multiple Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.
It will be a good match if you have:
Training Preferably recent graduates. Student of business administration.
Work experience Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Knowledge Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure
environment, focused on providing solutions.
Capability to communicate technical information in an accessible
manner to non-technical personnel.
Platforms Language proficiency, advanced English.
