**JOB DUTIES:
- Manage Returns
- Customer Billing Coordination
- Review Forecast Reports
- Order Processing Team Management

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- +3 Years experience in the field.
- Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.
- Experience supervising staff or related experience in the Customer Service area.
- Advanced ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documents.
- Strong comprehension, team training expertise utilizing various methods Experience with SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel, integrated reporting systems
