**Responsibilities**
- This role will support the existing InfoPrint Manager high-end print tool for the Plano, Winston-Salem, and Bradenton print centers. This technical role will support the tool that provides vital business function printing such as but not limited to: Paycheck printing, invoice and statement printing, letters and payment remittance, W2, 1099 and other tax forms, Fruit statements, and receivables.
- This role will coordinate orchestrated events across the North American global Data Centers and Headquarter server rooms.

**Accountabilities**:
- Provide frontline support to the InfoPrint Manager print tool.- Engage in print projects via InfoPrint to support the InfoPrint function.- Problem diagnostics and resolution for InfoPrint.- Participate and aid in large-scale Global Data Center projects.- Ensure all North American Global Data Centers and large MDF spaces are cleaned, and regular service is
- delivered to the compute locations in North America.- Partner with Finance to ensure the Data Center cleaning and services bills are correctly submitted and paid to the vendors.- Lead the Building Management System (BMS) deployment in the Plano Data Center, supporting the facilities technologies for electrical, water, heating, and cooling systems.- Provide 24x7 support of BMS alerts and coordinate repairs through the 3rd party facilities team.- Lead support of the PepsiCo Mexico Beverage locations through managed service providers for Compute and Database escalations.

**Qualifications**

**Who are we looking for?**- 2-3 Years of Cloud Server experience, including NSG Firewalls and Firewall Rules- 1 Year of hands-on InfoPrint support or comparable Print Server platform- 1 Year in Data Center or Field Data Center related activities- Ability to work with multiple vendors with several deadlines and deliverables.

**Mandatory Technical skills**:
- Basic knowledge of Linux SuSe SP11 or newer Linux operating systems.- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems- Advanced knowledge of Print Server, Network Print, and Printer technologies.- Working knowledge of printing systems, mainframe, and SAP print structure.

**Non technical skills**:
- Fluency in English- Significant experience working with managed services supporting IT systems- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously- Ability to coordinate numerous vendors for several Global Data Centers services.- Work closely with onsite resources for cleanings and regularly scheduled services.

**Desired skills**:
- Ability to maintain InfoPrint Manager 4.1 or greater- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification- Attention to detail spanning several projects.- Disciplined, self-motivated, and can multitask.- Regular dialogue with Managed Service Providers.- Ability to support several global IT teams and involvement in projects.- Follow and adhere to ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and service requests.- Working knowledge of Data Center power, space optimization, cooling, and cable management- Light Project Management experience.
