**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- IT assets management
- Configuring hardware, devices and software to set up employee workstation
- IT induction with new employees as part of onboarding processes
- Configuration and troubleshooting hardware, software, networks and Microsoft Office
- Management of Active Directory, user account creation, Shared Mailbox, distribution list
- Printer installation and troubleshooting
- Basic networking troubleshooting and device hands-on maintenance
- Admin centre management of MS 365, MS Exchange, Azure active directory, Skype forBusiness Server, StarLeaf Cloud Portal, and SharePoint
- Mobile Iron and Intune Mobile Device Management
- Management of multi-factor authentication PingOne Portal
- Management and monitoring of the ServiceNow ticketing system to process support action
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Education related to IT
- At least a year of experience providing IT Support
- Advanced English level (Spoken and Written)
- ITIL Foundation (desirable, not mandatory)
- Position 100% on-site (09:00 to 18:00)
- Soft Skills
- Customer Service-oriented
- ITSM tools experience (tickets' lifecycle)
