Application Engineer and Technical Support

The _Application Engineer_ is responsible for_ the daily onsite support of our customers _and will be located in CDMX.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Provide highly remote software support to customers in Mexico and LATAM.
- Become the technical expert on Xrite Color Solutions.
- On-site implementations of Xrite Color Solutions.
- Manage customer support activities.
- Provide software trainings and basic hardware installation
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
- Background in graphic arts and color science - 3 or more years experience
- Knowledge IT Basics
- Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter
- Ability to travel 60-70%% of the time by airplane or vehicle
