Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our Americas sales management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Manage relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and regional sales management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
