Descripción de la vacante- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the industrial and automation market.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers - OEMs.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Ensure the integrity of CRM data.
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
- Proven work in sales or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- An attractive annual salary range of MXN 90,000-100,000.
