  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the industrial and automation market.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers - OEMs.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Ensure the integrity of CRM data.
Perfil del candidato

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work in sales or similar senior sales role.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
