**H**ow will you make an impact in this role?**

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
An account protection specialist will be focused in detecting, preventing and stopping possible losses for our organization through account analysis and charge validations. Also, responsible for pproving or declining charges requested by establishments or colleagues who are assisting our customers while traveling or in an emergency situation, through detailed analysis in order to prevent possible fraud.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Fully bilingual (Advanced english) and adaptability different communication styles
- Regulation and policy knowledge, understanding and complying.
- Digital dexterity: Navigate between screens, system knowledge, Outlook, Office, etc.
- High analysis capacity and risk evaluation
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in dynamic environments
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Schedule flexibility
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactivity
- Excellent customer service
